All our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kalmar, Sweden, and typically ship within 1 to 3 business days from the order date. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partner, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery.

What are the delivery terms within the European Union?

We offer free shipping within the European Union for all orders over 99 €. VAT and duties are included in the final price of your order. For orders under 99 €, a shipping cost will be added at checkout.

What are the delivery terms for Norway and countries outside the EU?

For orders outside the EU, customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Here’s a breakdown:

  • Norway: All customs and import duties are included in the order total.
  • Azores, Madeira, and Porto Santo (Portugal): Subject to customs regulations; the recipient must pay customs before collecting the parcel.
  • Canary Islands (Spain): Subject to customs regulations; the recipient must pay customs before collecting the parcel.
  • Switzerland: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included in the total order price (DDP terms).
  • South Korea: Shipments are under DAP terms, meaning the recipient is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and VAT upon delivery. Additionally, recipients may need to provide their Resident Registration Number (RRN) for customs clearance.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification with a tracking number. Delivery generally takes 3-8 business days to a pick-up point, depending on your location.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us at help@palett3.tech as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been processed, we’ll do our best to help before it leaves the warehouse.

What if I want to return my order or part of my order?

You can return your products within 14 days of receiving them, as long as the packaging is unopened and the plastic seal is intact. Return shipping is at your cost, and we ask that you confirm your return with us by emailing help@palett3.tech

What if I received the wrong order?

What if I received a faulty item or made an error with my order?

Apologies for any inconvenience! If your item is faulty or you’ve made a mistake with your order, please email help@palett3.tech with a picture of the issue and a brief explanation. We’ll get it sorted for you straight away.

What happens if my order is bounced/returned to sender?

If you fail to collect your shipment or refuse to receive it, we’ll deduct €15 from your order when it’s returned to our warehouse.
