At palett3 AB, we offer a two-year warranty on our products, starting from the date of your original purchase through our webshop. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product is used according to our published guidelines, including user manuals, technical specifications, and other instructions.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The following issues are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Products purchased through channels other than our webshop.
  2. Problems arising more than one (1) year after the original purchase date.
  3. Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or broken plastic.
  4. Damage caused by external factors such as accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, or fire.
  5. Damage resulting from use of the product that does not align with our published guidelines, including user manuals and technical specifications (e.g., disassembling the product in ways not outlined in the manual).
  6. Products that have been modified in any way.
  7. Defects caused by normal wear and tear or aging.
  8. Products that have been stolen or where we have reason to believe the product was stolen.

Warranty Terms

  • The warranty only applies to products purchased for personal use and not for resale.
  • Only palett3 AB or an Authorised Service Centre appointed by palett3 AB may perform service on the product. Any attempts at repair or modification by other parties will void the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover any hardware products other than the specific product you purchased.

What Happens if You Make a Warranty Claim?

If you submit a warranty claim, we will:

  1. Repair your product using new or equivalent parts.
  2. Replace your product with one that is functionally equivalent, made from new or equivalent parts.
  3. Refund your purchase price in exchange for the return of the product.

If a product or part is replaced or refunded, the replacement item becomes your property, and the returned or refunded item becomes our property. A repaired or replaced product is covered either by the original product's warranty or by a new 90-day warranty, whichever offers the longer coverage.
